What to expect
If you are struggling with your mental health during pregnancy or two years after giving birth, then you can self-refer to this peer support group by emailing [email protected]
Meeting once a month, it's an opportunity to connect with other local mums who may be sharing similar experiences - to support each other, learn from each other and form friendships. Meeting in Child & Family Centres provides a space for children to play in a suitable environment during the sessions. It is a safe, respectful and open-minded environment.
