What to expect
Who is the activity for?
Yoga sessions for adults - there is no upper age limit. Attendees should be mobile enough to stand, walk and exercise on a yoga mat. No previous experience of yoga is required and beginners are welcome.
What happens during the sessions?
Sessions last for around one hour (unless you are told otherwise when you book). You will be guided through simple and accessible yoga postures and breathwork to help you relax and de-stress. Everything is explained clearly, with adaptations given throughout so you can work at your own pace and listening to your own body. Every session ends with a relaxation exercise.
Can I bring a carer?
Carers are more than welcome. There is plenty of seating if you'd like them to stay with you during the class. If your carer would like to participate in the class and work on their own yoga practice they will need to book their own place.
When do sessions take place and how long do they last?
Check the website for details of when sessions are held.
How do I book?
Booking is online via the website link. After booking you will hear from Steph, usually via WhatsApp or email. She will welcome you to Fuel & Flow and send you a link to fill out a short in-take form. If you would like her to provide a mat for you, then let her know - she can also answer any additional questions you may have.
