A monthly women's singing group for all abilities with wellbeing at its heart, held in Waterbeach.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- group singing boosts mood and can reduce stress;
- it's a good way to meet people;
- the songs are learnt by ear so you don't need to read music or have any experience of singing in a group - great for inexperienced or shy singers or for women who want to 'find their voice'.
"It’s relaxed, friendly and joyfully satisfying to sing soulful songs with other lovely women. My nervous system always feels soothed by it."
"The Sunday Song Circle is a really enjoyable social get together. You leave the session feeling that you have shared a rewarding mutual experience."
