Tai Chi is a form of exercise that combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Brought to you by HI Friends but open to all, not just Histon and Impington residents.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- exercise classes are a good way to meet new people;
- learning a new skill is rewarding;
- physical wellbeing is important for mental wellbeing.
