Body Boost with LisaBack to Activities
If you love exercising outdoors with a like-minded group of people, then this is the class for you! It will get you fit and strong using boot-camp style exercises. Classes are in Histon.

What to expect
Held outside on Tuesday mornings 9.30-10.30am at the tennis courts on Histon recreation ground, Body Boost will make you work hard but achieve your exercise goals using boot-camp style exercises. Lisa is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer – groups are small so you will get her personal attention to ensure your technique is good and that you stay motivated.

Wear comfortable fitness gear and trainers and bring your own exercise mat (and water).
There’s free onsite parking and toilets.
Your first session is free (but you still need to book).
Subsequent sessions are can be bought in advance in blocks of five or ten classes.
