Child & Family Centres - SEND Peer Support Drop-In

Back to Activities

An opportunity to meet other parents with children with emerging or diagnosed needs to share knowledge, information, ideas and support each other. Hosted by the Child & Family Centre. You don't have to live in Cambourne to attend.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • meeting other parents and carers and sharing experiences is reassuring and reduces isolation;
  • it's good to get out and about;
  • feeling informed about support and services is a confidence boost - you are not alone!

What to expect

These monthly drop-in sessions are an opportunity to meet other parents/carers as well as keep informed about support and services for families with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Children under five years old are also welcome to attend.
