If you like plants, animals, local produce or food, then Darwin Nurseries and Farm Shop is a great place to visit for a browse and a wander. All proceeds from plant & food sales support the people living with learning disabilities who work there.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- it is more than just a farm shop and plant nursery – it is a place to slow down and be outside in fresh air and green spaces;
- you can meet the pigs, ducks, goats and rabbits that live there;
- your visit will support adults with learning disabilities – helping others feels good.
