Fulbourn Mental Health Drop-In – Lifecraft

Back to Activities

Lifecraft is a user-led organisation for adults who have experience of mental health difficulties. It offers a wide range of free mental health services & activities to support members in their wellbeing and recovery in Cambridge and in Fulbourn.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • talking to other people with similar experiences is reassuring;
  • it’s good to get out of the house and have something to look forward to;
  • you can find out about other activities and support.

What to expect

Lifecraft hosts a Mental Health Drop-In in The Resource Centre at CPFT’s Fulbourn Hospital every Monday between 1.30-4pm. Drop-in and find out about how Lifecraft can support you with your mental health. There’s tea, coffee, biscuits, board games and the opportunity to chat with people who understand.

More information

You don’t have to be a member of Lifecraft to attend the drop-in session, but if you’d like to attend other activities you will need to become a Lifecraft member – find out more here.
