What to expect
Led by Becca, who is a Personal Trainer, classes are a mixture of seated and standing exercises that are aimed at improving confidence, balance and mobility. Every exercise can be modified to suit all abilities.
Find out the dates/times for classes by phoning or emailing Becca. Classes last for an hour.
Becca can also offer one-to-one coaching in fitness, mindfulness and nutrition for all ages and abilities.
Wear something comfortable and suitable footwear such as trainers (no sandals or flip-flops). Bring water so you can stay hydrated and don’t eat anything at least one hour before exercise. If you have asthma or angina, bring your inhaler/spray.
The venue in Barley has parking and accessible toilets. The room where exercise classes are held are on the first floor, so you’ll need to be able to use the stairs.
