Functional Fitness – Get Set Go Nutrition

Back to Activities

Functional Fitness exercise classes in Meldreth, Great Chishill and Great Hormead for over 50s to build strength and stamina - making everyday activities easier.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • physical activity is essential for healthy ageing;
  • you’ll meet people at a similar age and stage and might make new friends;
  • strength, balance and stamina will all improve, keeping you independent and mobile.

“Becca changes the sessions every week making it interesting and motivating. She also starts with a few weeks of assessments to check your level of fitness to then adapt her sessions.” Stephanie
