Forget-Me-Not Luncheon Club is for those living with memory loss and their carers. It is an opportunity to enjoy lunch and make friends. Brought to you by HI Friends but open to all, not just Histon and Impington residents.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- meeting people who have similar experiences can make us feel less alone;
- living with memory loss can make socializing difficult but everyone is understanding and supportive;
- getting out of the house and doing something different is daunting but the sense of achievement afterwards is great.

What to expect?
The Forget-Me-Not Luncheon Club is for anyone experiencing memory loss. Carers and companions are also welcome.
You will receive a friendly welcome, a tasty lunch and a chance to meet people who are in a similar situation. You can chat or just sit quietly and listen if you prefer. Julie, who runs the Club, is the Histon and Impington Dementia Worker and she can talk to you or signpost other services if that would be helpful.
More information:
