Delivered in partnership with PosAbility, this class will help you enjoy fitness through gentle seated and standing exercises. You don't have to live in Histon or Impington to take part.

What to expect
Held at Histon & Impington Recreation Ground Centre every Monday, these exercise classes are for people wanting to increase their strength and mobility through a mix of standing and seated exercises. Sociable and supportive, you will make new friends as you strengthen your body – all sessions end with tea and chat.
Experienced instructors from PosAbility deliver the sessions. All activities take place indoors and are wheelchair accessible – all you need are comfortable clothes and some water to drink. The Recreation Centre has changing rooms and accessible toilets.
