Hope Active aims to support the physical and mental health and wellbeing of people aged 60+ with group exercise and social activities in communities throughout South Cambs.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- meeting other local people reduces social isolation;
- getting out and about with day trips, sociable activities and helping out with community growing projects gives you something to look forward to;
- staying physically and mentally active can prevent more serious health problems as you age.
