Memory Café is an opportunity for those living with dementia or memory loss (and their carers) to get together, enjoy afternoon tea and socialise.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- socialising with memory-loss can be difficult, but everyone at the Memory Café is understanding and supportive;
- meeting other people with similar experiences tackles loneliness and isolation;
- the Café provides respite & support for carers/family.
