New Age Kurling is a team sport that has been developed to be fully inclusive for all ages and abilities. Between two and four players on opposing teams compete in a tactical game that involves sliding weighted stones towards a circular target.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- physical activity is good for mental health & wellbeing;
- playing sport is a great way to meet new people;
- learning or improving a skill is satisfying – and great fun!
