Online Recovery Café & Let's Talk Recovery

Back to Activities

Let's Talk Recovery is an online mutual aid recovery support for those in recovery from addiction. The Online Café is a chance to check in with others in recovery in an open but safe space.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • you can connect with others and receive mutual support;
  • it's a chance to chat and share experiences;
  • you can share challenges and successes, as well as your progress.

What to expect

There are a number of live online groups held on Zoom, including a Women's Group; SMART Recovery; Building Bridges for Friends & Family; and Road to Recovery. Visit the website for dates, times and links.

You’ll be greeted by the facilitators and supported to join the discussion. You won’t be asked to share anything about yourself that you are not comfortable speaking about and can just listen if you prefer.

You do not need to book to attend either of these groups, however you can contact the service if you wish to speak to someone beforehand to support you to attend.

They ask that all participants keep conversations discussed in these activities confidential.
