PAUS is an oasis of calm in the South Cambridgeshire countryside offering open air hot tubs, cold plunge pools, saunas, a 1000m sensory barefoot trail and a hilltop bistro, alongside wellbeing events, yoga classes and workshops.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- PAUS is a tranquil place to get away from your day to day, re-charge and revitalise;
- wellbeing is integral to the PAUS ethos – workshops, events, exercise classes and retreats all emphasise nourishing mind, body and spirit;
- the hilltop bistro is open to all and serves freshly made food, drinks and snacks often made with homegrown produce grown at PAUS.
“Oh my days this place is a little bit of heaven. From the warm welcome from the staff to the staff at the hill top cafe = outstanding. It’s clean, tidy, relaxing, exciting and just wonderful. I would highly recommend and would return.”
