Working with Junior Herbert, the founder of JH Fitness Academy, you will receive a personalised training and nutrition plan, as well as one-to-one exercise instruction to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • improving your physical fitness boosts your mental health;
  • exercise is a great stress-buster;
  • working with a personal trainer is a great way to kick-start a new health and wellbeing regime.

What to expect

Tailored to you and one-on-one, working with Junior as your personal trainer will take the guesswork out of fitness and exercise.

Whatever your starting point, Junior will work with you to develop a specific exercise and nutrition plan, tailored to your needs, goals and lifestyle. In one-on-one training sessions, Junior will motivate and encourage you to achieve your goals, ensuring you exercise safely and effectively.

More information

Wear something comfortable and trainers. Bring water so you can stay hydrated and don’t eat anything at least one hour before exercise. All other equipment is provided.

There is free parking at the venue and toilets, but no changing facilities.
