This activity is good for wellbeing because
- the groups are welcoming, fun, encouraging and sociable;
- your confidence will grow as you maintain and extend your mobility and strength;
- exercise makes you feel good!
“I had a stroke two years ago and was referred to PosAbility by the physiotherapist at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Ely. I enjoy the class as it gives me the opportunity to exercise and to interact with other people. The staff who take our classes are very caring and very well trained, I also enjoy the memory and quiz games. Everyone is very friendly.”
