Connect with yourself and connect with nature at yoga sessions for adults and families in Pampisford and Sawston, held at indoor and outdoor locations depending on the weather or season.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- mindful movement means that sessions support wellbeing - you won't be striving and forcing yourself into shapes but encouraged and supported to find what feels good for your body;
- sessions encourage you to focus inwards and not worry about what anyone else is doing, removing any competitive element;
- yoga gives adults and children tools to learn a simple breath technique, reducing stress and helping you feel calm.
“I used to think I wasn’t good at yoga until I tried Rewilding Yoga and realised it was about moving with my body rather than fighting against it.”
