A fun, informal group with activities including singing, vocal exercises and more for people living with Parkinson's and their companions. Held in Royston but anyone from the local area can attend.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- our voice is our tool for communication; through voice, warming up exercises, and song, Linda aims to help everyone maintain or even improve their voice both in volume and expression;
- meeting other people living with Parkinson's and their companions will make you feel less alone - sharing experiences with others can help you manage any challenges you may be facing;
- getting out of the house and being with others who understand is important; no-one will mind if you are having a bad day.
