This activity is good for wellbeing because
- singing has been proven to be good for mental wellbeing and boosting mood;
- time for chat at the end of each session means it's a good way to meet people;
- the songs are learned by ear so you don't need to read music or have any experience of singing in a group - this means are sessions are great for nervous singers or people who want to learn a new skill.

What to expect
A supportive group for women of all ages, with or without little ones, led by Sally. An opportunity to learn songs to sing in a group and enjoy company and connection.
Groups for women and babies/small children meet in Waterbeach and Trumpington. Both groups are term time only. Check dates/times by emailing Sally using the contact info provided.
Sally also runs a monthly Song Circle just for women (no children) in Waterbeach on the last Sunday evening of each month.
