The EDGE Café at Fulbourn

Back to Activities

The EDGE Café is a social enterprise that provides a welcoming and supportive place to grab a drink or some food and take part in some therapeutic activities. As well as having a venue in Cambridge, there is an EDGE Café at the Resource Centre on CPFT's Fulbourn Hospital site.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • it’s a great place to meet other people;
  • there is indoor and outdoor seating so you can get some fresh air whilst grabbing a coffee;
  • some days getting out of the house and being in a new environment can boost your mood.

“The EDGE is a wonderful place where I can come and relax. I always meet new friendly people and enjoy a fantastic breakfast.”

What to expect

Open to staff, patients and the general public, the EDGE Café @ Fulbourn serves  breakfast, toasties, sandwiches, wraps & paninis, light lunches, salads & snacks, meal deals, sweeter treats, hot & cold drinks. Vegan and gluten free options available. A full menu is available on the website via this link.

The EDGE Café @ Fulbourn hosts Woolly Wonders (a drop-in knitting and crochet group) which is held 1-2.30pm every Thursday. Attending Woolly Wonders is free and available to anyone aged over 16 years.
