The Ness Club at Willow Grange Farm

Back to Activities

Reformer and mat Pilates, yoga, sound baths, breath work and other wellbeing sessions, taking place in a spacious studio at Willow Grange Farm next to a farm shop and café, just outside of Waterbeach.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • exercise boosts mental health and wellbeing;
  • group sizes are small so you get personalised guidance from the qualified instructors who can support you to achieve your fitness goals;
  • there's an emphasis on building a community that is warm, welcoming and non-judgemental.

“I never thought I’d be someone who looked forward to working out — or that I’d find a place where I truly felt like I belonged. Before the Ness Club, I didn’t feel like I ‘fit’ in spaces like this. But from the moment I walked in, something just clicked. It’s more than a place to exercise — it’s a family."

What to expect

The Ness Club is open to everyone over the age of 18. Classes are 45 minutes long and focus on building strength, flexibility and body awareness in a supportive, small-group setting.

You need to book ahead to secure your place. Once you book, you will receive a health questionnaire automatically. Please complete this before your first session so your instructor knows about relevant health conditions or injuries. When you arrive, your instructor will be there to welcome you and guide you through the session. If you feel nervous about coming for the first time, you are welcome to get in touch in advance and a member of the team will be happy to answer any questions or help you decide which classes or workshops will suit you. If it is your first class, please arrive ten minutes early so your instructor can get you set up.
