Transformation Challenge – JH Fitness Academy

Led by a qualified personal trainer, the Transformation Challenge will see you identity and attain your health and fitness goals through working out three times a week, advice on nutrition and the support of a group.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • improving your physical fitness boosts your mental health;
  • exercise is a great stress-buster;
  • the support and accountability provided by a group makes a new healthy lifestyle a habit.

Transformation Challenge at JH Fitness Academy:

What to expect

By signing up to the Transformation Challenge programme, Fitness Academy founder and championship boxer Junior Herbert will help you identify and achieve your fitness goals – working with you and others in a small group three times per week. He offers expert instruction on exercise and nutrition, and has set up a closed Facebook group so the group can encourage and support each other.

Find out the dates/times for classes and book sessions by visiting the website. Classes last for an hour.

More information

Wear something comfortable and trainers. Bring water so you can stay hydrated and don’t eat anything at least one hour before exercise. All other equipment is provided.

There is free parking at the venue and toilets, but no changing facilities.

There is a charge per session – see the website for details of how to pay.
