Learn the health-enhancing life skill of walking in silence in nature with like-minded people in Wandlebury Country Park.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- it’s an opportunity to slow down the busy pace of life, by walking slow enough to observe nature’s beauty and reframe life’s stresses with greater perspective;
- breathe fresh air with gentle exercise, accessible to those with reduced mobility;
- meet new friends over a hot drink and share experiences.
“David’s walk helped me to recover from a very stressful period in my life with a gentle combination of wise guidance, listening and creating a space to meet others.”
“It’s a lovely moment of peace and calm and a chance to pause”.
