Women’s Recovery Group

Back to Activities

A safe online place for women to discuss a range of topics, week to week, helping to provide support and strategies to cope with feelings. This group is open to anyone at any stage of recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • it’s good to connect with other people in recovery;
  • it helps to share experiences with other like minded people;
  • it’s an opportunity to make new friends in a supportive and confidential environment.
