Community Navigators at Making Space support adults (aged 18 or over) in Cambridgeshire by giving information, advice and guidance to improve your independence and wellbeing, enabling you to access local help and services.

What to expect

Community Navigators work alongside you, offering information and guidance so you can explore your options and make choices that support your wellbeing. They can connect you with local services, activities and resources by providing free, independent and trusted information to help you find the right support, such as:

  • Specialist support for older people
  • Practical help at home
  • Care and carer support
  • Transport options
  • Wellbeing and lifestyle advice
  • Social groups and activities

You can contact your local Community Navigator by calling 01353 659639 or you can email them on this link. Or you can ask a health or social care professional to refer you to the service.

Community Navigators are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
