Back to Support

Change Grow Live is a Cambridgeshire-based drug and alcohol treatment service, available if you need support yourself or if you are affected by others using drugs or alcohol. They have a recovery hub on Mill Road in Cambridge where you can access support.

What to expect

Change Grow Live Cambridge provide advice, information and a safe space to talk. They also offer courses and treatments to support you to make changes to your substance use.

If you would like some support call CGL Cambridge on 0300 555 0101 (option 1), or go along to the Mill House Hub on the Brookfield Hospital site in Cambridge (351 Mill Road, CB1 3DF).  You do not need to book an appointment. You will receive a warm welcome from an understanding Peer Mentor. You will then be assessed to see how the service can best help you, and allocated a Recovery Co-ordinator to oversee your care.

You will be able to access structured courses, peer-led groups, and holistic interventions such as acupuncture. You will also be able to access medication-assisted treatment, such as methadone or buprenorphine prescriptions.

Mill House is a wheelchair-accessible building. There is parking available on site, including disabled bays. There are tea and coffee making facilities which you can use free of charge. Mill House opening times are listed on the CGL website.
