You can contact Choices and self-refer for support. Face-to-face counselling sessions take place in Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket, Huntingdon, March, Wisbech and Peterborough.
Choices ask for a contribution towards the cost of counselling which can be as little or as much as you can afford, but no-one will be turned away because they cannot afford it. Choices also provide a free downloadable self-help book.
