What to expect

Connected Lives is a charity working to help families through attachment-based groups and programmes. They run a range of different activities and courses in Cambridgeshire:

‘Circle of Security’ parenting courses
These eight-week parenting courses are designed to give parents/carers a ‘map’ for understanding and responding to their children’s emotional needs. Both daytime and evening online and in-person (with creche) groups available in Cambridgeshire. For full details and upcoming dates of these and other courses visit their website.

Hands on the Circle (HonC!) Stay and Play sessions
These weekly stay and play sessions are for parents/carers and their babies and pre-school children. They run weekly at Clay Farm Community Centre and Trumpington Meadows Community Hub (at Trumpington Meadows Primary School). There is no need to pre-book, you can just go along. Visit this webpage for full details.

Parenting talks
Connected Lives offer one-off parenting talks online on a range of subjects. Find details of past and upcoming courses on their website.
