What to expect
Connected Lives is a charity working to help families through attachment-based groups and programmes. They run a range of different activities and courses in Cambridgeshire:
‘Circle of Security’ parenting courses
These eight-week parenting courses are designed to give parents/carers a ‘map’ for understanding and responding to their children’s emotional needs. Both daytime and evening online and in-person (with creche) groups available in Cambridgeshire. For full details and upcoming dates of these and other courses visit their website.
Hands on the Circle (HonC!) Stay and Play sessions
These weekly stay and play sessions are for parents/carers and their babies and pre-school children. They run weekly at Clay Farm Community Centre and Trumpington Meadows Community Hub (at Trumpington Meadows Primary School). There is no need to pre-book, you can just go along. Parenting talks

BodyMindConnections
These sessions combine storytelling, relaxation and bodywork. They encourage parents/carers to think more deeply about parenting via reflection and movement. Suitable for all levels of fitness. For more information email [email protected]

All of the venues have wheelchair access, food, toilets and baby changing units. Parking is on street and usually available.
Connected Lives run a weekly baby clothes hub providing free clothing for 0-2s. They also provide free Welcome Boxes for families with a newborn up to the age of 16 weeks who live in Trumpington or access one their activities.
There is a charge for the parenting courses, stay and play sessions and parenting talks.
