For Men To Talk

What to expect

An open-door policy encourages any man who feels the need to talk about their emotions to find solace in the shared experiences of others. There are informal in-person meetings, where men can talk, listen and support each other with whatever they are facing. There is also an online group that meets via Zoom. As well as an opportunity to talk and listen, signposting to other sources of support is also available if required.

I got to a point in my life where I hit rock bottom, which resulted in a mental health crisis that nearly ended my life.”

Attending meetings is free - donations are welcome.
