What to expect
MenWalkTalk is a registered charity which aims to support men’s mental health by facilitating walk and talk groups, reducing social isolation by creating a community of men who support each other.
Led by Chris, a trained volunteer walk leader, walks last an hour and for those that want to. There's no pressure to talk, or to stick to mental health topics, but the walks are a safe space within which to open up and connect.
You'll meet Chris by one of the benches outside the Visitor Centre at East Town Park (What 3 Words - functions.hush.bookings). If you sign up for a walk, you'll be notified of any changes or cancellations. The dates and times for walks can be found here: https://menwalktalk.co.uk/walks
