What to expect

Coffee & Connect is a monthly support group offering an informal and welcoming space to meet, chat and make connections with other parents and carers of children with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). Whether your child attends a mainstream or special school, is not currently at school, is diagnosed or undiagnosed, everyone is welcome. Come along to meet other parents and make new friends, or just drop in for a quick coffee. You can share your experiences or just listen to other people - no pressure. Hosted by Liz, a local parent and former teacher.

Play & Connect is a monthly SEND support group and play session for school aged children and their parents/carers. A space for children to play, craft and socialise in a supportive environment while parents and carers connect with one another. No diagnosis needed and siblings welcome.

SEND Support Drop-In is a free informal drop-in session for grandparents, parents, carers and anyone looking for information, advice or a chat about Neurodiversity and SEND. No booking or diagnosis needed. Free Tea & Coffee available.

Quiet Night Out is a welcoming neurodivergent-friendly space for everyone to relax and play, held every month. Meet new people or play quietly with your family & friends. Bring your own game or choose from a selection of card games, board games and more!
