Histon and Impington Menopause Café

Back to Support

Meeting on the first Thursday every month in Histon, this informal and friendly group will support you through perimenopause and menopause. Organised and hosted by volunteers, there are often guest speakers but mostly it's a chance to chat and share experiences.

What to expect

At a Menopause Café people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss menopause. It is a not-for-profit charity and the Histon and Impington meet up is run by volunteer hosts Suzie Rice and Donna Newey.

Menopause Cafés:

  • are an accessible, respectful and confidential space;
  • are open for all, regardless of gender or age;
  • have no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action;
  • operate on a not-for-profit basis;
  • offer support, discussion and community connection.

The Menopause Café in Histon and Impington meets in the evening on the first Thursday of every month.

Events last for two hours, but you are free to leave early if you need to.
