Living Well With The Menopause – Meridian PCN

Back to Support

If you are going through peri-menopause or menopause, Meridian Primary Care Network (PCN) is hosting online and in-person group support sessions. You can share experiences with others or talk to Health and Wellbeing Coaches.

If you are registered with a GP surgery within Meridian PCN (see the map for details) and if you are experiencing the peri menopause or menopause, you can attend group sessions that will provide you with an opportunity to talk about your symptoms, share what you have tried and learn from others how they are managing.  Health and Wellbeing Coaches will talk about ‘living well with the menopause’ including the importance of a healthy lifestyle and how to improve physical and mental wellbeing, in addition to providing information about what to think about in preparation for conversations with your GP about HRT or other treatments.

If a group session isn’t for you, Health and Wellbeing Coaches can work with you on a one-to-one basis.

You can self-refer to the Meridian PCN Personalised Care Team by email – remember to say you are asking about menopause support and include your name, contact details and which Meridian PCN surgery you are registered with.
