Accessed via a referral from GP, this service is for those experiencing physical, emotional, and mental health concerns three months or more after a suspected Covid infection.
You will be offered assessments and interventions with different professionals depending on your needs. This might include Specialist GPs, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and support workers.
They will work together to improve your wellbeing. The sort of help you will be offered might include a self-management programme as part of a group, occupational therapy intervention either individually or as part of a group for fatigue and brain fog management, or Respiratory or Rehabilitation Physiotherapy intervention individually or as part of a group. Depending on your needs, appointments will be in person at a clinic, at home or via a video call.
