Online Recovery Café & Let’s Talk Recovery

Back to Support

Let's Talk Recovery is an online mutual aid recovery support for those in recovery from addiction. The Online Café is a chance to check in with others in recovery in an open but safe space.

What to expect

You’ll be greeted by the facilitators and supported to join that week’s discussion. You won’t be asked to share anything about yourself that you are not comfortable speaking about and can just listen if you prefer.

You do not need to book to attend either of these groups, however you can contact the service if you wish to speak to someone beforehand to support you to attend.

They ask that all participants keep conversations discussed in these activities confidential.

More information

Online Recovery Café and Let’s Talk Recovery are mutual aid groups for people who are in recovery or looking to move into recovery from alcohol and/or substance misuse.  Mutual aid is a great way of connecting with others, learning from other people’s experiences from people who understand some of the challenges you may face.
