Perimenopause and menopause can have a big impact on daily life. In South Cambs there are support groups that meet regularly in Cambourne, Melbourn, Northstowe, Sawston and online so experiences and information can be shared.

Granta Menopause Wellbeing Support Hub

Held on the last Wednesday of the month at The White Lion in Sawston, hosted by Granta Primary Care Network. Sessions are in the evening between 7-9pm. An informal way to support each other, share information and learn together, often with guest speakers. Meridian Primary Care Network Menopause Support Sessions

Monthly sessions held face-to-face at Melbourn Hub 10am-12noon also at Monkfield Medical Practice in Cambourne 10am -12noon. Monthly online sessions via Zoom are between 18:30 – 20:00. These sessions are hosted by Meridian Primary Care Network. Offering advice from Health & Wellbeing Coaches, a question and answer session with a GP, guest speakers and a safe space to share your experiences. Free to attend, but you will need to be registered with a Meridian Primary Care Network GP surgery. Northstowe Menopause Support Group

Regular sessions held face-to-face from 6-7.30pm in Northstowe led by volunteers and supported by South Cambs District Council. An opportunity to meet other people and share experiences, sometimes with guest speakers and activities.  Free to attend (including refreshments), and not just for residents of Northstowe.
