The Tommy’s Midwives’ Helpline is a freephone line open 9-5, Monday to Friday, staffed by a specialist team of midwives, for anyone who needs advice, reassurance or support on any pregnancy or planning for pregnancy issue, including mental health. Support During Pregnancy Following Loss – GP or Midwife Referral
Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust Perinatal Mental Health Service: Following a perinatal loss it is understandable that you may feel increasingly anxious, and at times disconnected from your baby during subsequent pregnancies. The Perinatal Mental Health Service offers support to women and birthing parents who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges during pregnancy up to two years postnatal. If you feel that you are experiencing intense and persistent distress and feel preoccupied with worry about your pregnancy or the wellbeing of your baby you may benefit from support from this Service. Support for Dads, Partners and Co-Parents – Self Referral
Andy’s Man Club: A national charity that supports men going through a challenging time. Provides a safe space where men can feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.
