You can find the full range of course descriptions on this webpage.

Who can attend and how do I apply for courses?

Anyone aged 18 or over can enrol with the RCE Wellbeing Hub; you don’t need to be involved with mental health services. Many of their students are or have been supported by mental health services; however, carers, health professionals, students and friends and family can also benefit from learning with them and are more than welcome to attend. Simply submit the online registration form and they will contact you to let you know which courses you have been enrolled on.

There is no fee and no entry requirement, but people need to register and enrol before attending.

If you are enrolled in an in-person course at the Cambridge hub, it is a short walk from Cambridge train station (that’s also the closest location for parking which is pay and display).
