Royston - Create Community Hub

Back to Support

The Create Community Hub in Royston works with adults facing barriers to accessing mental wellbeing and employment. From craft and wellbeing group sessions to personalised one-to-one support, attending the Hub will help you find a positive way forward.

What to expect

The Create Community Hub offers a safe, non-judgemental space for people to come and spend time to relax, reflect, interact, meet people and talk to Joe and Becky from the Create Community team who are on hand to provide support and to listen to whatever is on your mind. They can help you identify what you need or would like to do, whether that is finding a job, developing new skills or simply rediscover who you used to be. There is no need to book, you can just drop-in for a chat or to spend time.

In addition there are group wellbeing activities including:

  • arts and craft - being creative with everyday objects, paints and materials;

  • breath workshops - learn about and practice the power of your breath to relax and de-stress;

  • reflective sessions - exploration of different topics loosely facilitated and always interesting and fun.

Email the team to find out what sessions are being held and when.
