More information

Support is available face-to-face, online, or by telephone. Home visits and community-based support are also available.

There are two different pathways: The Ready to Quit pathway (approximately 12 weeks) is for those who feel ready to stop smoking completely. The Cut Down to Stop pathway (approximately 20 weeks) is for those for whom quitting completely feels overwhelming, and they would like to build confidence before stopping.

You can find out more about these pathways on the CPSL Mind website.

It is possible to self-refer for the service or for a professional to make a referral on your behalf. You can email the team at [email protected] or make a referral via the Joy website.

The service is for those who are tobacco users. If you are using vapes and would like support to stop vaping, you can find helpful advice and guidance on the NHS Better Health website.
