What to expect
Thoughtful Thursdays is a free community group run by Cambridge Acorn Project for parents and/or carers of school-age children who live in South Cambs. It offers an inclusive and informal safe space to talk, connect with others, and take time for yourself. There is no referral needed to attend the group and you don’t need to book ahead – just go along.
You will be able to speak confidentially with a professional who will offer support with any issues you are experiencing in your family including parenting concerns, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and dealing with challenging behaviours. They will be able to support you in the moment, and also direct you to other people who can help.
