More information
Walk & Talk 4 Men is part of a national group of volunteers supporting hundreds of men all around the UK.
The group focuses on men because the rate of male suicide is three times the rate for women. Some men can find it hard to open up about their problems and can become isolated. This group gives men a safe place to talk and connect with other people.
Walk & Talk 4 Men Cambourne is connected with a wide range of support for men including two other volunteer organisations – Andy’s Man Club and For Men 2 Talk. If needed, group leaders can signpost to other specialist organisations for support, including CPSL Mind, the Samaritans and local health care services.
Taking part in the walk is free but if you join the group at a cafe afterwards you'll need to pay for your own refreshments.
