What to expect
Cambridgeshire Retain Regain Employment Service provides one to one support for people who are currently unemployed, in employment but facing workplace difficulties, or looking to return to work after long-term sickness.
The support is provided through one-to-one appointments either virtually or face-to-face. It can include support with CV writing, interview preparation, disclosure of mental health conditions, return to work plans, reasonable adjustments, and many other areas.
There are also group workshops on a variety of employment-related topics.
More information
The service supports adults (18+) with mild to moderate mental ill health (this includes stress, anxiety and depression) and/or who are neurodivergent or seeking a neurodevelopmental assessment.
The Employment Advisors cover Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Fenland and East Cambridgeshire.
You can self-refer. Referrals are also welcomed from any organisation in the area providing services to clients with a mental health diagnosis including secondary mental health services, GPs and primary care professionals, IAPT services, employers and Jobcentre Plus.
