Forget-Me-Not Journey Support Group is for those living with memory loss and those who journey with them. Brought to you by HI Friends but open to all, not just Histon and Impington residents.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- meeting people who have similar experiences can make us feel less alone;
- living with memory loss can make socializing difficult but everyone in the group is understanding and supportive;
- getting out of the house and doing something different is daunting but the sense of achievement afterwards feels great.
