Milton Country Park is a family-friendly outdoor space with with lakes, walking/running/cycling routes, play areas and a café. It is managed by registered charity Cambridge Sport Lakes Trust.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- getting outside and spending time in green spaces is a proven stress-buster;
- there are many different ways to be active on the water or on land;
- play areas allow children to jump, climb, hide and swing - all great for physical development and coordination.
