Padel is a fast, fun and friendly sport that uses smaller rackets, balls and courts than tennis, but has a similar scoring system. There are padel courts in Orchard Park and Gamlingay.
This activity is good for wellbeing because

What to expect
You will need a padel racket, padel balls, comfortable sportswear and suitable trainers with good grip. Padel courts can be booked at the following places:
Cambridge Padel Club (PDL Padel United), Orchard Park
Offering three doubles and one singles court that can be booked via this link to the PDL Padel United website. Courts are floodlit for evening play and there are facilities for racket and ball hire. Parking is available on site. Toilets are also available - when you book you will be sent a code that will give you access. You can also book time with a coach.
Waresley Park Estate, Gamlingay
Courts can be booked via this link if you are a Waresley Park Estate member. Courts are floodlit for evening play and there are facilities for racket and ball hire. There are regular social sessions where you can meet new players of all abilities. Parking is available on site. Toilets are also available.
