Wildlings is held in the Wild Place at Milton Country Park. Sessions offer a sociable, friendly and nurturing space for new parents and their babies.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- being a new parent or carer can be an isolating experience; Wildlings allows new parents to meet and share their experience in a safe and friendly space;
- being outdoors has been shown to be beneficial for everyone’s wellbeing, both you and your baby will benefit;
- having someone else look after you – providing tea, coffee, snacks and activities – makes space to think about yourself for a few minutes, providing valuable ‘me time’ whilst your baby is kept busy.
