Grief Connections is an informal weekly drop in for those who have been bereaved to connect with others over a drink and chat. All are welcome to attend - no prior connection to Arthur Rank Hospice Charity (ARHC) is needed.

What to expect

Grief Connections drop-in sessions are facilitated by ARHC trained volunteers and held every week in the bistro at the hospice (check the website for dates and times or use the contact information provided to get in touch with the team). There's no need to book and everyone is welcome. This is an informal and supportive opportunity to be around other people who are experiencing grief - you can chat, listen or just 'be'.
You are welcome to attend with a friend or carer. If they do not wish to join the session they can sit in another part of the bistro or garden.

Free parking is available in the Babraham Park and ride with a short five minute walk to the hospice. Those unable to manage the walk are welcome to park in the hospice car park. The building is fully accessible.
